This is in regards to account "*****@***.com". I had spilt coffee on my cellphone and now it don't work at all. I kept it logged in and only * passwords I remember using, I tried them all and even tried a few other ways they could be. When I try to recover it, I keep being told Google can not prove it belongs to me. It doesn't even ask me any security questions or anything I could prove the account belongs to me. I finally got a new phone with the same phone number and tried to send a code to my phone and it won't. I gotta have this account cause it has very important emails, all my pictures and all my contacts that I have to have. I'm an elderly lady on disability and I got to have those numbers. I can provide anything you need to prove its me beside impossible questions like when did I create my account. I thought I had made security questions as well just in case something like this happened and I'm not even being asked those. I would like to find a way to get my account back where I can prove it is me instead of the different ways that I'm getting that there is no way I could answer. I dont know why it won't send a text to my phone considering that number has been with me for almost ** years. It shows the last * digits that is associated with the account but says I have no approved devices.
