I need your help *Report ID*: ****-****-*******Hello. My name is Jung Ju Young. This is the husband of the mail account owner you are reading. I'm one customer who desperately needs Google's help.**Korea Google rejected my request to cancel my purchase once, so I need help from Google headquarters.**ID claims: ****-****-******Here's an overview of the case. (An **-year-old son's cell phone (payment for this phone requires approval from his mother.)****** **** : ** payments made within * hours without son & his mom's approval.* Eight hours later, his mom found out about the limit on her credit card. ( * Card suspension)****** **** : Application of non-approved payment claims to Google in Korea. * (My Wife, who she thought this payment surely was going to be cancelled)****** **** : Korea Google refused this Payment Claims.***When I found out about this late January *th, I looked into all my wife's e-mail and found out that the transaction was strange, so I called the Korea Google Customer Center together. When the customer center said they could not help, we reported it to the credit card company and the Korean police and asked for help.**The current situation is that the credit card company applied to Google in Korea to postpone the payment at ***** with the help of the credit card company and the police who understood that the transaction was strange.**I want to get help from the U.S. headquarters because I was told that even this Payment Postponement that the credit card company applied for could be rejected by Google in Korea. Since the credit card payment date is **th, I would like to know when I can know this decision, and if this request for a hold on payment is rejected, I would like to know where and whom I should contact to solve this problem. **I would appreciate it if you could help me (a customer) who has been using Google since I studied at USC in the U.S. and envied me when I saw my friends working at Google.
