Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my child's Google Play account on their phone, as I am unable to log in to their Clash of Clans account due to some restrictions. A few years ago, I created a kids' account for them to play Clash of Clans, which was monitored by me through Family Link. Everything was working fine until my child lost their phone, and when I tried to log in to Clash of Clans on a new phone, I encountered this problem. I am now receiving an error message stating that Google Play cannot log in to the account. The details of the problematic account are as follows: [redacted] with the user name Aleksej on Clash of Clans. This kids' account is linked to mine via Family Link at [redacted] I am the father of the child, and I also have my own Clash of Clans account linked to [redacted] I would appreciate any assistance or suggestions on how to regain control of the Google Play account. Thank you for your help!

Dear Customer Service Team,
I experienced a frustrating phone call yesterday with one of your representatives lasting over half an hour regarding unauthorized charges on my mobile bill from Google Play due to my daughter's purchases totalling over £[redacted]. The representative kept me on hold unnecessarily and failed to provide a resolution, only directing me to seek a refund from the app developer. After contacting the developer, they advised that Google Play is responsible for the refund. This back-and-forth is causing undue stress, and I urge for a prompt resolution. I expect a refund promptly as my daughter's actions caught me off guard. I eagerly await your response.
Sincerely,
K. Rowe

I recently downloaded the Neuronation brain training app on my phone and purchased a one-year premium account for £30. However, despite the purchase, I am unable to access the premium activities as it keeps prompting me to buy a premium membership whenever I try to access them. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it hasn't resolved the issue. Neuronation's support advised me to check that I am using the same email address I signed up with, which I have verified. I've attempted to request a refund, but both Neuronation and Google Play have redirected me to each other for assistance. Could you please help by contacting Neuronation or processing a refund? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, T.

I have been playing Coin Master for approximately 16 months. However, recently I have been experiencing issues while playing. Each time I try to claim a reward or access features like Viking Quest, I get kicked out of the game with a message prompting me to check my internet connection. This has resulted in me losing billions of coins and thousands of spins in the past 5 weeks. Despite confirming with my internet provider and phone company that everything is working fine on their end, the problem seems to be with Google Play. I am frustrated and disappointed by this ongoing issue, especially considering the significant amount of money I have invested in the game. I am seeking resolution to this matter to continue enjoying Coin Master without disruptions. Thank you, Vincent Cooper.

Hello,
I am writing to address the recent removal of our app, Riviera Opettaa, from the store due to a policy violation regarding missing or inaccurate target audience information.
We have promptly corrected this and resubmitted the updated target audience and content to Google Play.
We would appreciate guidance on the next steps moving forward. Should we await review and acceptance of the resubmitted information?
In the event of acceptance, we kindly request details on the app's reinstatement in the store.
Thank you for your support and guidance.
Warm regards, Jere V.

I am seeking a refund for my premium Fitbit subscription purchase. I originally signed up for a trial but was charged $79.99. Despite canceling, I was unable to find an option to request a refund. The charge was processed on January 25, [redacted], and since I do not use any of the premium features, I would appreciate getting a refund. My intention was solely to participate in an office challenge. Please inform me if further details are necessary. Thank you. - Margaret M.

I am requesting a refund for my premium Fitbit subscription purchase. I signed up for the trial, or at least I thought I did, and was charged $79.99. Even though I was able to cancel future renewals, there seems to be no option in Google Play to request a refund. The charge was made to my account on January 25, [redacted]. I do not find any of the premium features useful as I only signed up to participate in an office challenge. If more information is needed, please let me know. Thank you. Margaret M. Email: [redacted]

I signed up for Canva but never used it. I requested a refund after canceling the subscription. They advised me to contact Google and then charged me for the next month. I reported both charges to Google for a refund. I received a refund for the second month but not the first. Now that my subscription is canceled, I can't report the issue again. I really want a refund for both months as I never used the app. The customer care number I found seems to be invalid. I need assistance in getting a refund for the first month too.

I am experiencing an issue in Rise of Kingdoms where I am unable to leave my alliance. This glitch is causing me to miss out on receiving gifts and participating in events like the Ruins Plan for KVK and the League of Osiris. Despite trying to resolve the problem by deleting and reinstalling the game, the issue persists. I have been unable to play all day due to this and have missed out on valuable rewards. I would appreciate some form of compensation for the inconvenience this has caused me.

I have encountered an issue with the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes app on my Google Nexus 5x phone. An error message pops up stating, "com.ea.games.capitalgames.capitalgamesapplication is having trouble with Google Play services. If the problem persists, please contact the developer for assistance." This problem started in December. So far, I have tried clearing the data and cache of the app, reinstalling the game, and switching between different networks, but the error persists. EA Support has directed me to contact Google, suggesting it is a Google Play error.

I can confirm the issues with Army Men Strike, currently developed by Volcano Games, as previously mentioned. They offer packs at reduced prices to Chinese players and have been seen favoring Chinese players over those in the United States. Evidence, including screenshots and videos, points to Volcano Games deploying bots to cheat and help Chinese players win events. This interference affects US players who may lose purchased packs when attacked by Chinese players. It appears to be a ploy to push players into buying more packs. Despite reaching out to Google and contacting Volcano Games via email, there has been no response from the developer since January 3, [redacted]. Google, who was supposed to intervene, has not addressed the situation or provided a refund, insisting that the issue must be resolved with the unresponsive developer.

I renewed my ESET subscription on February 7th. I got a payment confirmation email from both you and PayPal on that day. However, ESET claims they did not receive the payment. I have since renewed directly with them. Please refund the £9.99 I paid and stop any future automatic renewals for this product.

Hello,
I received a €[redacted] Google Play card as a gift. Unfortunately, I am unable to redeem it as I receive a message stating that my code has already been used. How is that possible if the card is intact and I personally revealed the code?

I would appreciate your help in getting the money back.
Feel free to contact me for any further questions!

I am requesting refunds for all the games I purchased in the last six months. I have been dealing with depression due to financial struggles and other issues. These games are addictive, and Google Play doesn't provide enough support to protect vulnerable individuals like me from buying game credits without limitations. After speaking with a counselor today, I was advised to contact you directly to seek help in obtaining refunds to alleviate my situation. Additionally, I am asking for a complete restriction to be placed on my Google Play account to prevent any future purchases.

Hello, in January and February, I was using an application and made purchases. Unfortunately, my device broke recently, and I lost my account due to a lack of a bind option. I reached out to Bandai (the developers) about the issue, providing them with my information, pictures of my purchases, and in-game details to recover my account. However, it has been nearly two days, and I have not received a response from them. I am concerned about the safety of the application and would like to request a refund for all my transactions.

Hello, my name is İris. I am an exchange student currently in the Netherlands, originally from Turkey. In November [redacted], I purchased an A70 phone here in the Netherlands, but the device identifies my country as Turkey. This setting is causing issues with downloading certain apps as they are not available in Turkey. I have attempted to change the country setting on the phone without success. Can you please advise me on how to resolve this issue? Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue with purchasing an emoticon on KakaoTalk app. Despite paying for the product, I did not receive it due to an error. When checking my Google Play purchase history, I couldn't find the transaction, yet the payment was deducted. The emoticon cost me 0.91€ from my Google account and 1.48€ from my bank. To resolve the situation, I repurchased the emoticon successfully, resulting in the refund of 0.91€ to my Google account. However, the 1.48€ from my bank seems to be missing now.
