I noticed that I was charged twice for the same amount of tokens in my recent purchases, resulting in not receiving all the tokens I paid for. I kindly request a refund for the erroneous double charge of $21.72 per the email receipt. I am puzzled as to why this occurred and would appreciate the return of the duplicate funds to my account.

Hello, I purchased some in-game items in Got: Conquest to enhance my character's strength. However, after buying the packs, the benefits were removed. An email informed me that I couldn't use them, and the event to boost my character early was closed. This issue concerns purchases made between October 23rd and December 1st.

I am a 70-year-old who has spent hundreds on my games over the past 10 years. On September 20th, I fell and broke my hip, leading to a stay in the hospital and rehab until yesterday. During this time, unauthorized charges were made on my phone while it was not in my possession. My husband does not make purchases on my phone, and I am distressed by these charges as I am unable to work until January due to my injury. I urgently need the money refunded as I am struggling to pay bills, and our electric may be shut off. I assure you that I will resume buying items for my games once I return to work, but for now, I am in a financial emergency situation. My name is Connie Ray.

I recently bought the Rome Total War app with Order Number GPA.[redacted]~[redacted]~[redacted]~[redacted]. After facing a connection error, my payment went through, and I received a receipt. However, when trying to find the app in the store, it only gives me the option to purchase it again. When I attempt to do so, it halts, stating I already own the game. I have not downloaded it yet, and I am unable to locate a download option. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I used my Visa debit card to unlock my piggy bank in WSOP (World Series of Poker). The initial charge was only $6.99. I had $20.00 remaining on my debit card. However, when I made the purchase, it charged me $6.99 + $9.00. Over the past weeks and months, the charges have been increasing with each purchase I make. I am seeking a refund of at least the $9.00 overcharge. If a refund is not possible, I am considering taking legal action to reclaim all the additional charges that have accumulated, which may be over $60.00. I believe it is unfair and unjust for the game to continue charging extra without clear notification in its rules. If a refund cannot be processed, I request that the game be removed to prevent further financial harm to other players.

I recently installed and uninstalled a QR code scanner from the Play Store two days ago. The terms from the app developer (Silver Tech) stated that it could be used for free for 3 days from the installation date. If used beyond that, there would be a charge. I only used the app for 1 day and then uninstalled it. However, today I received a message from Google Play thanking me for purchasing the QR scanner app from Silver Tech for RM 99.99, a purchase I did not agree to. I hope Google takes action regarding this unauthorized purchase.

I made purchases in a game that was removed from the store for copyright infringement. I've been advised that refunds are possible as the game is no longer functional and the developers are unresponsive. The game in question is Dragon Adventure AFK. I am disappointed in how much I spent on a game that turned out to be a scam. I kindly request a refund for my purchases. Thank you for your attention. My contact email is provided below.

Hello, While I was browsing Tinder, I had to answer the door, and my 9-year-old son accidentally purchased a Tinder Gold subscription for £[redacted].99 through Google Play. Even though my account is password-protected, apparently it wasn't strong enough, so I have changed it now. According to the policy, subscriptions bought through Google Play can be canceled at any time, and refunds may be possible if canceled within the first 48 hours of a monthly subscription. I have already attempted to cancel the subscription and emailed Google Play to request a refund, but they have declined. As a single parent, I cannot afford this amount to go through. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you, Victoria

I signed up for a 7-day free trial on an app and added my debit card. After canceling the trial, my card was still billed on Google Play. On 10/25/19 and 10/31/19, Rs2449 was deducted without my authorization. The purpose of these charges is unclear, and I did not make these transactions. I am seeking a prompt refund on this issue.

I'm curious to know who proofreads your e-books. I'm a writer and editor myself and have noticed a significant amount of typos and errors in the books I purchase from your site. I'd appreciate it if you could connect me with the team or individual responsible for quality control so we can discuss improvements. Thank you. Best regards, Kathy K.

I recently discovered an issue with the game developer VolcanoGames, as both the current and previous developers have been favoring Chinese players by offering them in-game packs at significantly discounted prices. This gives Chinese players an unfair advantage and allows them to progress at a much faster rate than other players. Additionally, Army Men Strike permits its employees to play the game, creating a conflict of interest. It's concerning that VolcanoGames partners with Huawei, a company flagged as a national security threat by the US government. Chinese players are provided with exclusive items and advantages not available to US players, leading to an imbalanced playing field. The game also allows offensive avatar pictures and usernames, including nudity and explicit language. Moreover, there have been discrepancies in the event item drop rates, with players not receiving items as indicated. I personally have experienced being overcharged for in-game purchases and had to go through Google for a refund, which led to a temporary ban from the game. I am seeking a full refund for these issues.

Hello, I want to share some important information about a concerning issue involving Google phone apps. There seems to be a widespread scam involving pay-to-play games that do not fulfill their promise to pay out rewards. I decided to investigate after my wife got caught up in these games, and I discovered a troubling trend of dishonest practices. Google seems to be turning a blind eye to this, despite millions of dollars being generated at the expense of unsuspecting players like us. Here's how the scam typically works: these games set a cashout threshold, say $10, but conveniently stop rewarding players just when they are about to reach it, pushing players to download other games for a chance to claim their earnings, which often leads to a dead end. The frustration from many consumers, myself included, is evident in numerous reviews. I feel compelled to bring attention to this fraud and seek validation for those who have been deceived by these game developers. It's disheartening to see one of the biggest online scams going unchecked. Thank you for your time.

On May 26th, [redacted], my 27-year-old autistic epileptic son experienced mental and physical abuse in Tenerife. Since then, he has been dealing with severe trauma, having endured over [redacted] seizures and feeling suicidal. In his vulnerable state, he has made impulsive purchases while playing the game Lords, spending thousands of pounds. As his Power of Attorney, I have reached out to the game's owners requesting a full refund due to the circumstances and urged them to implement a £50 monthly spending limit on his account. Unfortunately, they have not complied. I kindly request that the money be reimbursed to my son's account and that the spending limit be put in place to prevent further exploitation by the company. The Welsh Assembly is also aware and involved in helping to resolve this issue.

Hello. My friend recently developed an app for my company that focuses on veterinary pharmaceutical products. I kindly request your assistance in making it visible when searching by its name. You can access the app through the following link: [redacted].

Hello, a colleague kindly gifted me two Google gift cards - a physical $10 card and a $20 one she ordered online. She shared a number with me (D01-[redacted]-[redacted]) which I assume is a confirmation number. Could you please verify if this is indeed linked to the online gift card purchase? If so, I'm having trouble redeeming it. Can you provide the actual redemption code for the gift card?

Dear community, we are seeking assistance to delete an app that is infringing on our Vet Tab trademark (#[redacted]) and using our company name Accessible Diagnostics, email [redacted], and website links without authorization. It appears to have Indian account holders, possibly named Amit Mehta or Pankaj Singla. This unauthorized usage is a violation of our trademark, causing confusion for our customers. I downloaded the REFLECTLY app from Google Play since it was labeled as "free." However, I immediately uninstalled it without opening or providing any information. Surprisingly, I noticed a charge of $31.64 on my debit card linked to my phone on 12/01/19. Despite attempts to contact Reflectly through their Facebook page, it seems impossible to reach them or obtain a refund. Google Play has mentioned that they are unable to assist since the company has already received the payment. I am seeking a refund for this unexpected charge and hope that action can be taken to prevent others from falling victim to this apparent scam.

I am curious why I am being charged significantly more for in-game purchases compared to players in other countries. As someone residing in the UK playing "Destiny's Edge," I noticed that buying a pack of gold priced at $199USD translates to £[redacted].99 GBP for me, which is almost a £50 difference. Why does my friend in the US get to pay $199USD but I have to pay almost $250USD, essentially, for the same item? This discrepancy feels unfair, especially considering I have already spent money in this game. I urge for this pricing disparity to be addressed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
