Hello, I play Mafia City and I'm facing a major issue with my phone service provider who terminated my internet and phone contract. I am experiencing the same issue for the second time with a movie I rented. The movie fails to download completely and often stops after a few minutes, showing error code [redacted]. I have tried setting up my TV again and attempted to download using three different WLAN connections to no avail. Despite what Google suggests on their website about internet connection issues, I don't believe that is the problem since I have a fast 500Mbps connection here in Finland. The first rented movie, Harry Potter 1st, worked fine, but I encountered many problems with the 3rd movie, and now the 4th movie won't even begin downloading. It's frustrating that your TECH service is not functioning properly, especially considering that other providers like HBO and Netflix work without any issues. I am writing regarding claim ID 1[redacted]-[redacted] that was submitted on December 3, [redacted]. Unfortunately, my refund was denied. I want to clarify that I did not intend to make a purchase on Google Play. My brother-in-law requested [redacted] rupees via Google Pay, but I mistakenly clicked on Google Play instead of Google Pay while using quick payment through internet banking for the first time. I discovered 21 unauthorized charges on my card from GOOGLE. I promptly informed the bank and GOOGLE about the issue. Despite reporting it and having my card deactivated, a new charge came through. The total amount now stands at $[redacted].79 from GOOGLE. Unfortunately, GOOGLE has rejected my claim, even though I did not make any of these purchases. I am at a loss as to how to proceed with an appeal for this denied claim. To make matters worse, this card was intended for child support, so essentially $[redacted].79 has been taken from a child. It is baffling as no one else has access to or uses this card.

I recently switched to a new Android phone and logged into the Google Play Store with the same account I used on my previous device. However, I'm having trouble finding and redownloading a game I purchased before, "SIMULACRA - FOUND PHONE HORROR MYSTERY." Despite being logged in with the same email, the app is asking me to purchase it again. I last played this game in August on my old phone, and it's puzzling why I can't access it without additional payment on my new device. On December 13th, I spent Rs. [redacted] on PUBG Lite in-game purchases. However, the payment history on Google Play did not display the transaction. Upon checking my net banking, I noticed that Rs. I would like to request a refund for the purchases I made in Clash of Mythos. The developers amended a deal I had purchased from 50 x 3 gems to only 3 gems two weeks later, which goes against their terms of service. I have tried to resolve this with the developer, but they have instead changed their service terms and started banning players who were affected. I have put a lot of money into this game, but due to the fraudulent behavior of the developers and their refusal to address the community's concerns or uphold their sales terms, I am seeking a full refund.

I am experiencing difficulty downloading apps from the Play Store on my S8. Whenever I attempt to download an app like Voxer, it continuously spins without completing the download. I purchased the Kings and Sorcerers e-book bundle (books 1-3) on Google Play but have not received the bundle despite paying for it. I attempted to buy the bundle containing books 1-6 later on, but encountered the same issue. I am currently out 36 euros without receiving my products.
After contacting Google Play by phone, they informed me that the payment is pending and assured me a refund in 4-5 business days. They directed me to check my purchases on google.play.com, but the recent transactions are not displaying, only those made prior to this incident.

I am having trouble canceling my Pandora subscription. I went to play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions and found my Pandora subscription, but I can't locate the 'Cancel Subscription' button. I have tried looking for it on both Google Play, Samsung TV, and the Pandora website, but I can't find any option to cancel or stop the auto-renewal. It seems like there is no way to cancel the subscription despite trying all available options. If you are buying for a business, it works fine.

I came across an advertisement on OLX for a Maruti van with registration number WB74 R1666 in the Bagdogra Airport area on November 23, [redacted]. The seller, who identified himself as Manoj Kumar K.M from the Indian Army, provided me with his canteen card as proof and shared his phone number [redacted]. We agreed on a price of 60,[redacted] for the vehicle. To facilitate the transaction, he instructed me to deposit 6,[redacted] into a Google Pay account belonging to Aakash Chopra at [redacted] for sending the parcel through the Indian Army Transport Parcel Department, with an expected arrival date of 26/11/[redacted].
Subsequently, I was requested to make additional payments: 15,[redacted] for GPS to Aakash Chopra at [redacted], and 25,[redacted] for security to Manoj Kumar K.M via Google Pay. After paying the full amount, I was asked for another 18,[redacted] which I did not pay. Despite assurances of a refund and the parcel being returned to the Bagdogra Airport Transport Office, I have not received the refund yet, and attempts to contact them have been unsuccessful. I urge prompt investigation into this fraudulent activity involving individuals posing as members of the Indian Army.

I was playing Trendsetter on Whaleapp. I have tried to contact support multiple times with no response. I intended to purchase a $2.99 coin package, but the transaction ended up being $92.
