I recently incurred a $92 charge from my account after inadvertently purchasing a $2.99 coin package while playing Trendsetter, a game developed by WhaleApp. This is a significantly higher amount than I have ever spent on this game, as I typically reserve higher expenditures for Slotomania. Despite reaching out to the game's support team many hours ago, I have not received a response. Given that this unexpected charge is impacting my ability to cover essential expenses like rent and providing for my children, obtaining a refund is crucial. I ceased playing Trendsetter following this incident, as the exorbitant amount spent does not align with my usual spending behavior on Google Play. Your prompt assistance in facilitating a refund would be greatly appreciated.

I have been playing "Army Men Strike" for about 2 years now and have made multiple in-game purchases. I am seeking a full refund within the game due to false advertising of packs and sales. One example of this false advertising is the claim that upgrading an officer would result in a 4x skill boost. However, after purchasing the pack and upgrading the officer, the skill boost was changed to 3x without notification. The game developers have been changing pack contents without compensating players for their errors. Additionally, Chinese players are receiving a 90% discount on packs and exclusive officers that are unavailable to other players. Despite advertising specific buffs for a newly released plane, the developers are not addressing these discrepancies as promised.

I've been playing the game "Angels of East," also known as "想不想修真," for a few months. Unfortunately, I recently made a mistake on my phone and ended up deleting my Google Play game data. This resulted in a change in my Google game account, and now I can't access my old game character with the new account. I'm wondering if there's a way to restore my game account or transfer my character data from the old account to the new one.

On February 12, [redacted], an unauthorized purchase of [redacted].99€ appeared on my account. I did not make this purchase, so I suspect my account has been compromised. Despite having my credit card in my possession, the transaction was made. The only recent purchase I made was for a game called "Boom Beach" for 2.99€. Upon checking my purchase history, I discovered multiple attempts to make a [redacted].99€ transaction, which I do not recognize. I have already disabled my card to prevent any further unauthorized transactions. Could you please advise me on how to initiate a refund for this unauthorized purchase? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello,
I've recently made the decision to download Instagram on my tablet. Prior to this, I noticed on my computer that a device called Samsung G955F is listed under my profile. This device is unfamiliar to me as I only use my Acer computer and Huawei tablet. I'm concerned about the security of my account and suspect someone may have accessed it without my knowledge. Could you please provide more details about this unknown device, such as its location and how long it has been linked to my account? Any advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased a $[redacted] gift card, and I've been attempting to use it. However, I keep receiving an error message stating, "Error code more information is needed to redeem." I always double-check the code before entering it, but the issue persists. I'm unsure what this message means. Could you please provide insight into the cause and suggest the best solution to resolve it? Should I send the Google Play gift card to you for assistance? Thank you. I look forward to your response.

I urgently need to be contacted at [redacted][redacted] before I escalate this issue to the media. My debit card was unlocked by your site, allowing unauthorized access. Despite me reapplying a pin protect over a month ago, a child was able to spend over $30 on a game using my phone. I demand a refund of the unauthorized charges and for my card details to be removed from your site. This situation has made me extremely upset and frustrated.

I bought a $50 Google Play card at Dollar General in Pomona Park, Florida, on 12/17. When I tried to redeem it, I was asked for more information. I provided the details and sent photos of the card. I got an email mentioning a code like 9-8 +[redacted]-[redacted]. This isn't the first issue I've had with a Google Play gift card. I had a similar problem with a $25 card from another Dollar General in Florida last week because I accidentally scratched off the back too hard while trying to reveal the code. When I contacted Google Play customer service, they couldn't help because the back of the card was already damaged. It's frustrating, as I enjoy playing games, but these difficulties make me reconsider using Google Play for gaming purposes.

I was playing a game called Trendsetter by Whale App and accidentally purchased what I thought was a $2.99 coin package. To my surprise, $92 was deducted from my account. I immediately stopped playing the game and reached out to Whale App for assistance, but they have been unhelpful. I only spend a significant amount on Slotomania by Playtika, and I would never intentionally spend $92 AUD on the Trendsetter game. I urgently need a refund as I haven't played the game at all after this transaction. I did not make this purchase intentionally, and I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

I purchased a €[redacted] Google Play card three months ago. Unfortunately, I have been unable to use it as Google keeps displaying a message stating: "we need more information." I have attempted to provide the requested details twice with no response from Google. Many others seem to be experiencing this issue as well. It is disappointing that there has been no resolution or communication on your end. I was hoping to have access to the funds, especially during the holiday season. I am starting to get frustrated with the lack of progress.
Best regards,

My Disney+ account linked to my Gmail, [redacted], was compromised. As a result, I canceled the Disney+ account linked to my Gmail. Today, while using the Disney+ app to create a new account with my Outlook email, there was an issue. The app created accounts for both my Gmail and Outlook addresses on my Android device. Despite contacting Disney+ customer service, they were unable to cancel it as it was processed as a third-party in-app purchase. I am requesting Google to cancel any Disney+ association with my Gmail, provide a refund of $75.76 (the total amount charged by Google annually), so I can commence a new Disney+ subscription.

Dear Google Play,
I am concerned about the legality and ethics of a paid app on your platform titled Legendary Game of Heroes, developed by Network.
The developer has made changes that have devalued in-game currency and cards, rendering players' previous investments in "forever" decks worthless. This has forced players to invest in new, more expensive decks to continue playing as advertised.
Players were misled into believing their purchases would hold value over time, but recent changes have made all in-game items obsolete without notice.
This constitutes misrepresentation and fraud. Please investigate this matter and consider refunding my subscription fees and in-game currency purchases.
Thank you,
Arek P.

I need help figuring out how my mom can redeem her cash rewards from the Best Fisher app. I want to transfer the funds to a card or PayPal account, but we're facing confusion. It's becoming a significant inconvenience, and it feels like the rewards might be a fraudulent incentive. This false advertisement could potentially lead to legal issues, and Google/Google Play may be liable. My mom has earned the cash incentive by playing the game, and now we just need a quick and clear way to redeem it. Thank you for your assistance.

On December 20th, [redacted], Google Play withdrew £49.99 from my bank account without authorization. I need a refund as this money was meant for my children's Christmas funds. The situation has left me feeling unwell due to my struggles with severe depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and self-harm tendencies. I am devastated as my children will be affected, and I feel like I have failed them. The distress has made me contemplate ending my life, recalling a difficult time when I was hospitalized for three months, which was a traumatic experience for me. Your assistance in resolving this issue promptly would be greatly appreciated.

I'm curious about Google Play supporting online games like Fishing Champion when they don't match their ads. They state you need to reach $10 to cash out with PayPal, yet they stop giving winning items when you're close to the goal. I've encountered similar issues with other money-earning games. As a reputable company, why endorse these fraudulent practices?

I'm in need of some assistance. This morning, my 7-year-old son, who is autistic, was playing Hill Dash on my phone. To my surprise, I discovered multiple PayPal payments made for 17 in-app purchases totaling over £[redacted]. While I had set up password protection on his Kindle Fire, I didn't realize this wouldn't cover Play Store transactions. This unexpected spending has drained my account before the holiday season, and I am at a loss for what to do. I've reached out to Google Play for a refund without success and have now contacted the app developer. The situation has left me extremely anxious. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I accidentally damaged my gift cards, and now the numbers are gone due to the coating rubbing off. After contacting customer service, I was placed on hold for an extended period. When I finally spoke with someone, they only offered to credit my Google Play account, which is not suitable as these were gifts intended for someone else. I am frustrated by Google's inflexibility and will be escalating this issue to the Attorney General, Better Business Bureau, and other relevant consumer protection agencies. It's disappointing that a large company like Google is making it difficult for me to access the funds on the gift cards.
