Hello, I downloaded a game called Bow Master for my autistic son. He has been playing the game all week and unlocking new characters using the gems he earned. Unbeknownst to him, money was being deducted from my bank account. There have been a total of 23 transactions. Is there a way I can request a refund for these charges? Thank you.

I am requesting a full refund for the game I played known as World Flipper(ワールドフリッパー). On December 18, [redacted], they made significant changes to a team many players, myself included, had heavily invested in, rendering it unusable. This caused uproar on social media platforms dedicated to the game. The game is purely PVE, and they had just completed a feature showcasing the team's captain before significantly weakening it. It feels like the developers misled players into spending money only to later weaken the team. Despite being impacted by this decision, I held out hope that they would show sincerity by addressing the situation and issuing an apology. However, after two days with no communication, they only offered [redacted] gems and continued to weaken the team. The game's SSR drop rate is below 1%, and the gem compensation is insufficient for rebuilding the affected team. To add insult to injury, they are now promoting another character from the same weakened team. I feel disrespected by Citail and demand a full refund of all the money I have spent on this game, even if it results in my account being locked.

I've recently discovered numerous transactions on my Coin Master account dating back to March [redacted] that I did not authorize. I had set up my phone so it would prompt for a password for purchases, but this did not happen. It appears my daughter was using the game on my phone without my knowledge. I have uninstalled the game and will not allow her to access it anymore. I usually don't monitor my bank statements closely as my finances are quite consistent. However, these unauthorized transactions have significantly depleted my account over the months. Being a single parent to five children, one of whom has severe health issues requiring 24/7 care, these unexpected charges have caused a financial strain. I kindly request for these payments to be refunded.

There have been unauthorized charges of £[redacted] on my mum's account. Despite previous attempts to resolve this issue, the matter has not been addressed seriously. The account is under my mum's name, and she has not authorized these transactions. Her phone has a password requirement for setting up Google billing, which neither she nor anyone in the household except me knows. There are no games installed on her phone either. Urgent investigation into this matter is needed as my mother is unable to pay her bill due to these charges, resulting in the deduction of her services.

I recently redeemed a gift card, and I can see the balance in my payment methods. However, I'm unable to use this balance for in-app purchases or transfer it to the payment methods section. I bought the card specifically for in-app purchases instead of using my credit card, and I'm disappointed that I can't do that now despite the information I read before buying it. In [redacted], we published a book titled "K'ranti! De Surinaamse pers 1[redacted]" (Amsterdam, KIT Publishers, [redacted]). Unfortunately, Google Books has incorrectly associated it with another publication by Elles Marleen Kemper about brain tumors from [redacted]. There is no relation between the two topics, and we need to rectify this issue. I am seeking guidance on how to ensure that "K'ranti!" and Ms. Kemper's work are correctly identified separately. I need help regarding unauthorized charges for a game I downloaded. Without making any purchases, money has been deducted from my account weekly for a while. I only noticed this recently when checking my bank account. I checked my Google Play account and found numerous purchases that I did not make. Despite requesting a refund, I was told it goes against their policy. More than $[redacted] has been debited since 19/10/[redacted]. I want a refund, but it seems challenging. This has happened to my partner before, and she got a partial refund. I had removed my bank account from Google Play previously, but it mysteriously reappeared, and money has been deducted again recently, even on Christmas Day.

I recently discovered that my 2-year-old son made a Mobikwik wallet transaction of 2000rs last month and inadvertently charged 1000rs to my credit card this month without my knowledge. I am now trying to cancel my Google Play voucher code and receive a refund to both my Mobikwik wallet and credit card. However, when I contacted Google Play customer service, I was informed that the number is invalid. I need assistance in resolving this matter promptly and getting my funds refunded to the respective accounts.

Hello, I am writing to request the cancellation and refund of a Google Play gift card that I mistakenly generated instead of a Google Pay card. The gift card number is HMU9 VVWC 2DDR WGN3. I downloaded the TinyTap app and set up my card for future payments during a 7-day free trial. Unfortunately, I didn't use the app much and planned to uninstall it before the trial ended. Due to the internet being restricted in my area because of social issues, I wasn't able to access it. Upon the internet being reinstated, I noticed I had been charged. I'm frustrated by this situation as I couldn't uninstall the app without internet access. This charge feels unjust, and I would appreciate any assistance to resolve this matter.

Around December 10th of this year, I purchased an app for my phone to stop the unwanted robot calls and spam messages I regularly receive. Unfortunately, the app has not been effective. Just on December 12th, I got 11 unwanted calls, followed by 9 the next day, and more on December 16th. It seems like the app either isn't working or hasn't been activated correctly. I paid $17.41 for this service. I hope we can resolve this issue and get it to work, but if it turns out to be a scam, I would like a refund. -Cheryl de V.

I am determined to get my money back that was taken from my debit card without my permission. If I don't see the refund soon, I will have to seek legal help. I have no interest in learning to play the piano, especially not apps that were added without my consent.

I purchased Terraria on Google Play yesterday (12/26/19) between 8:00 and 9:00 AM but decided to delete it ten minutes later as I didn't enjoy it. Later on the same day around 8:00 PM, I realized I forgot to request a refund, but the option was not available on Google Play. Could you please assist me in getting a refund as I feel like I have lost $5 on a game I didn't like. I would appreciate it if Google Play could reimburse me for this purchase. Thank you.

Recently, I received an email from your company mentioning that my credit/debit card information is on file and can be used as per your policy. I want to clarify that I have not authorized any payment to be made as I have not used any of your services. I want to address an issue I've encountered with a mobile game called "Legendary Game of Heroes" developed by NETWORK Inc. As a player, I feel deceived by the developers as they consistently make promises they fail to fulfill. The game has misled not only me but also many other players. The developers continuously introduce new ways to extract money from players, offering "forever" decks only to render them useless in the next update. They implement new systems to increase profits, but when dissatisfied, they quickly alter them. This behavior is unacceptable, and they should not be allowed to continue in the industry. I believe many players share this sentiment. Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I previously had separate Disney Plus and Hulu subscriptions. After requesting to switch to the bundle, Disney Plus combined my accounts. However, when I tried to update my billing details, it seems like I still have two accounts. When I check my Disney Plus account on my computer, it displays the bundle subscription with the old billing information. Yet, when I view it through my Google Play subscription, it reflects the new billing details but doesn't show the bundled subscription.

I have been dealing with unauthorized charges on my account reported to Google help for over [redacted] days, which total over SGD5000 from October [redacted]. The transactions indicate the charged company is Google Zynga Inc at g.co/hleppay#GBR. These charges were not authorized through my Google Play account but were made using my credit card. Despite attempting to report the unauthorized charges through my Google account within the [redacted]-day window, I was unsuccessful.
