Basically I purchased Prime Plus Subscription in PUBG Mobile on ** July **** around *:**Pm. After that I played a match in which I was killed by a hacker, I was frustrated so I reported him and came back into lobby and I get a message "data has been changed" I didn't what it means I clicked on OK and was forced logged out when I logged in again it Sayed I was banned for ** years for violating their rules. I tried contacting PUBG through all way possible but all I get a autogenerated reply. I don't know why was I banned what more I buyed that subscription for RS.*** and now that I am banned for no real reason that subscription is of no use. All I want is refund of my money. I will be much better if can get unbanned but i cannot care less about my account just please get my money back. *Replay hoping for a positive reply
