I have noticed charges on my John Lewis credit card for the past two months, starting on May 17th and May 18th. The amounts range from £29.99 as the highest to 99p as the lowest, totaling 7 transactions. I promptly reported these to my bank, they canceled my card, and issued me a new one with a different number. However, this month I have been charged for Google Play from 17th to 22nd for various amounts. I am puzzled by this as I do not have the Google Play app at all.

I recently downloaded a game called Call of Duty Global Ops and enjoyed playing it. I spent £45 on in-app purchases. However, after 7 weeks, I noticed unresolved issues in the game. Last week, I found out that the developers are shutting down the game's servers, yet they refuse to refund my money. They are suggesting I download another one of their games and receive compensation in that game instead, but I feel this is unfair. I paid for a game I can no longer play, and the lack of support is disappointing. I do not wish to download any more of their games and just want a refund for the £45 spent.

I am inquiring about a concern with my StarHub bill for mobile number [redacted]3. The bill shows charges for game credits from Ragnarok M via Google Play Store. However, upon checking my purchase history on Google Play Store, there are no records of these transactions. The phone linked to this mobile number did not have the game installed at any point. I was charged $[redacted].[redacted] and $68.[redacted] for the game credits, totaling to 2 charges. I have already contacted StarHub to address this issue, and they advised me to reach out to you for further assistance. I am certain that these purchases were not made by the mobile number in question and would like to request a refund for these charges. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My name is Tony Moser, and I filed a complaint regarding my Google Play card. I never received a response or a refund. My money is gone, and despite providing all my information, no one has contacted me. I would appreciate a call back as soon as possible at [redacted]. If I don't hear back, I may have to seek legal advice. It's been almost 6 months, and the investigation promised a quicker resolution. I have suffered significant losses, including my car and house, due to this issue. Please contact me promptly. Thank you, Tony Moser.

Hello, I recently halted a pre-approved payment of 9.99 from my PayPal account to Google Play. Although the initial payment was on the 16th of June for the Clash Royale starter pack, it seems to have been deducted again on the 23rd, 25th, and 28th as pre-approved payments which I have just cancelled. My account has also been charged an additional 29.97 without my authorization. I would like to understand why this occurred and request a refund if possible. The transaction references for two of the payments are 7EH09613B[redacted]V and 71N969918L135011H. I appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and clarify if this was an error on my part. A refund for the unauthorized charge would be greatly appreciated, as I originally believed this was a one-time payment. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Helen Oliver.

I have been experiencing unwanted audible sounds for the past 8 years. It started off intermittently for one night, then reappeared a few years later for a short period, and now it happens constantly from morning till night. These sounds include various noises and voices. Recently, I heard what sounded like the voice of my girlfriend's stepsister, Jessica Turner, when I was in the bath at my girlfriend's trailer where I have been living for 8 years. Jessica's voice told me to leave and that she wanted my girlfriend all to herself, accompanied by a knock on the trailer wall. I quickly checked, and she was walking back to her house at 37 Stephens Lane, Hattiesburg, MS [redacted], across the street. Her contact numbers are [redacted] or [redacted], but I can't be certain as she rarely leaves her house, and I don't know her well. She has an AT&T account under Ms. Marie Keene, and her father, Richard Turner, has a C-Spire account with numbers [redacted] and [redacted].

Subject: Issue with In-App Purchase in Criminal Case: Mysteries of the Past Dear Help Team at Pretty Simple Games, I am writing to address an issue I am experiencing with an in-app purchase made on May 27, [redacted], for 4 burgers and 3 free orange juices for $19.99 in the game "Criminal Case: Mysteries of the Past." Although the purchase is recorded in my Google Play history, the items have disappeared from the game despite multiple logins. I followed the instructions on the Google Play website and reached out to request a refund since my previous credit card is no longer active. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this matter either through Google Play credit or refunding to a different card. I received an automated response stating that purchases are managed through Google Play and referred me back to you. I kindly ask for your help in rectifying this issue. Thank you, Michelle

I am experiencing difficulty logging into the game, and the developers have not assisted me in resolving the issue. This has prevented me from accessing the gems and items I purchased. Despite reaching out to them for support within the game, they have declined to provide a refund. I feel misled by their advertising as the more I spend, the lower the reward ratio becomes, contrary to their claims. I have invested a significant amount of money only to discover that the reward ratio diminishes, prompting me to spend even more due to their algorithm's unfair decrease in rewards. I am not alone in encountering this problem, as other users have also voiced similar complaints.

On June 17, I purchased diamonds worth P499 for a friend on his Moonton: Mobile Legends account. After entering my debit card details on his phone, a successful purchase was made. However, upon reviewing my recent transactions on my Metrobank account, I discovered a double charge of P499. I contacted Google Payments to rectify this and requested a refund for one of the charges. Unfortunately, Google Payments refunded both P499 charges, causing my friend's Moonton account to be at risk as his heroes are now locked. I reported this refund error via email on June 26. My goal is to have the extra P499 charge removed from my account, which was intended for my friend's Moonton account under the email [redacted] I am seeking a resolution to restore his account to normalcy so he can resume playing with his unlocked heroes. Thank you.

On 5/1/19 and 5/2/19, I noticed unauthorized charges from Google letgo on my credit card. I never approved these charges, and I'm the only one with access to my phone. I contacted letgo, and they directed me to resolve it with you. I'm cautious with online transactions and am unsure why my credit card details are on file. I use a card with a low limit and always opt out of saving information online. I'm not tech-savvy, and I'm concerned about these charges. I have a screenshot of the bank statement but don't know where to send it. Also, I keep getting pop-ups for a gaming system even on banking websites. Can you help me with this issue? Thank you, Nannette P. Email: [redacted]

Hello, I have developed an Android app that is fully functional without any issues. However, when searching for it in the Play Store on my Pixel C device, the app is not appearing in the search results. Prior to its release on the Play Store, the app was successfully tested on an internal server and worked on the Pixel C. I have attempted to upload the app to the Play developer console for internal testing but encountered the same problem. Despite providing a direct download link, there is no install button specifically for the Pixel C, although the app works fine on other Android devices. The Play Store states that the app is not compatible with the Pixel C, and I am seeking assistance in understanding why this message is being displayed and resolving any compatibility issues. Kindly provide guidance on this matter.

Yesterday, I purchased four 0-[redacted] GP cards at Best Buy, loading [redacted] on each. Three cards were redeemable, but the fourth exceeded the 24-hour limit initially, and now shows as invalid even after waiting. After sending pictures of the cards and receipts, I bought two more cards today, both also showing as invalid. Contacting GP customer service, they claim they haven't received the pictures I sent but promised to email a link to upload all three cards and receipts. Yet, no email has been received so far. I doubt it's an issue with my GP account as I can purchase $[redacted] cards through PayPal digital gift cards and redeem them without problems, despite the delay of 4-6 hours.

Hello, I recently purchased three in-app orders for the game Horrorfield, which was advertised as a multiplayer game similar to Dead by Daylight. However, after spending approximately [redacted] Thai Baht, I discovered that it is only a single-player game with bots. I feel deceived and would like a refund, as I believe this situation is unfair. The reason I realized it was not a multiplayer game is that when I exited the game briefly and returned, it remained unchanged. I hope Google can assist me with this issue, as I do not have additional funds to spend on games that are not as advertised. Please check my last three orders using the email [redacted] Thank you for understanding, and I apologize for any errors in my English grammar.

Hello, Google Play, Veronika Dimitrova here. I recently noticed an unauthorized deduction from my account by your service. I am seeking clarification on this matter and how it occurred. I have already raised this with the Central Bank of Bulgaria, which I believe has contacted you. I am now reaching out directly to address this issue. If there is no resolution from your end, my next course of action will involve legal steps.

Dear Google Pay, I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience using your app due to an unauthorized transaction of 17,[redacted]. It is concerning that such a large amount could be withdrawn without proper security measures. I urge you to address this issue promptly to prevent it from happening to others. During this incident, I sought help from an SBI manager who advised me to contact the helpline, but I have struggled to find a secure and responsive contact number. I implore you to take this matter seriously, enhance the security of your payment system, and refund the unauthorized transaction amount of 17,[redacted]. Ultimately, a more secure platform will prevent such fraudulent activities from occurring.

I recently downloaded the "lovesick" app developed by Swagmasha. I enjoyed reading more than three stories and bought diamonds twice. Unfortunately, after an update, myself and many others lost our progress and diamonds. Despite trying to use the restore purchases button, it didn't resolve the issue within the game. I contacted their customer support via email, and they suggested reinstalling the app. Unfortunately, this did not work. Upon reaching out again, I was informed that they could not restore my progress or reimburse the money spent on the diamonds due to my uninstalling the app, which they had initially recommended. I feel disappointed as they have declined to assist me. I am requesting either a restoration of my progress and diamonds or a refund for the two diamond purchases made. Thank you.

Supersolid has advised me to reach out to Google regarding an issue with the update for their game, Food Street, not being available on the Google Play Store for a few days. This is preventing me from playing the game as it seems the update hasn't been pushed out. Despite being able to find other Supersolid games, Food Street is missing from the store for the first time in the 3 years I've been playing. How can we resolve this situation and ensure I can access the game with the necessary update?

I recently updated my payment method for Marvel Unlimited through Google Play due to a notification about insufficient funds, even though I have enough money in my account. I updated the payment using PayPal linked to my card as my card wasn't working. After updating it, I received a notification mentioning a payment to Marvel due tomorrow by someone named Trey. Checking my bank account, I noticed two separate transactions for $10 each to Google and Marvel. I have screenshots for proof of these transactions.
