Hello,*I downloaded the software for the trial period (* days) on January **, **** but within ** hours, I sent an email to the developer: *****@***.com on January **, **** to cancel my subscription. The service is incompatible with my cell phone and interferes with its function, which hampers my fulfillment of responsibilities. On February **, ****, I was charged for the service even though I had submitted the cancellation request. I reached out again to the developer on February **, **** to please cancel the subscription and refund the payment of $**.**. I have not received any response from the developer. The order information is: Order number: GPA.****-****-****-******Order date: Jan **, **** *:**:** PM EST**If copies of the emails to the developer are needed, I can furnish them upon request.**Therefore, the bottom line is that I did not authorize this charge and followed the proper protocol for a refund. The automatic reply from google was: **Hi,* *We received your refund request for START FREE TRIAL (QR Code Reader-Barcode Scanner & QR Code Scanner), but we can't provide a refund for this purchase because it doesn't meet with our policy.
