Hi there, **I am severely disappointed with the ability to claim refunds for subscriptions of apps. You claim you can receive refunds within ** hours of purchase however you make this impossible with the way the system is set up. My account was charged with a renewal of a subscription **hours before the renewal due date, I then cancelled my subscription and attempted to get a refund. There is no information on my google play account of this purchase, therefore making it impossible to claim a refund within the allcoated **hours. This flaw in the system actually makes it impossible for you to uphold your proclaiment for allowing a refund within **hours. I expect this flaw to be fixed, as is fair.
