I purchased an app that had a free week. I am displaced by Hurricane Florence so I wanted to use the app to watch the game. The app didn't work properly during the first game and kept cutting off. It never came on during the second game at all. Telling me to subscribe although I had an email that you charged me. What was even more disheartening is that I went through CBS first thinking it was their app then they sent me to you. I wrote all of this down and got an automatic email saying I don't qualify for any type of refund. Right now you have millions of people displaced and if you are going to use a generic response you might want to change it so that it has some empathy. It was concluded that there was a problem with the app. I have a new phone and the only app that had a problem was this one. At this point I don't expect much from you, but it shouldn't take an act of congress to get real help instead of being taken from screen to screen to get help and the end result is some generic response that had really nothing to do with my problem. How about I let the BBB know about it. See if they can make things easier on customers.
