I was charged $**.** for the app called PicsArt from Google play. I have been trying to get a refund since the beginning of the month and have gotten nothing but the run around from both companies. The charges taking was just utility bill money and now I'm going to be evicted from my home because I am on houseing assistance and the rules are that the utilities can't be disconnected from non payment and if so eviction will follow immediately. I am a disabled older woman that is single and have no family to depend on. I am in desperate need of that refund but Google tells me that PicsArt is responsible and PicsArt claims Google is. Ive been pushed back and forth and given the run around and denied my money. I have no idea how I got charged for what was supposed to be a free app and I don't know who else to contact or what else to do. I've received another email a little while ago from PicsArt claiming they didn't refund that Google had to. I was going to try Google again but I know they are going to just brush me off again and am too upset to have to go through it again this morning. Neither company cares the turmoil this is causing me and what this situation is costing me. I would of never ordered anything that cost so much when all I have coming on monthly is $*** and that is no where near enough to r really survive. I go without food because of my income so why would I ever buy a app, a app I wouldn't use for almost $** , the money I needed for my utilities. They have degraded me and made me feel like I'm nothing but trash. But I bet if I was wealthy and my opinion mattered to either company I wouldn't still be begging for my money back. Do you have any suggestons on what I can do?
