Dear Sir * Madam,**With great disappointment I inform you that this purchase has been defective as well as all purchases directed towards Guns of Glory. I have never requested a refund but it seems to be the only option. I have found out about the possibility fairly recently, when I heard players getting refund from both apple and google for the matter at hand I am complaining right now on.**I would like a full refund for the following reasons:***. Two accounts from my alliances got taken (one stolen, the other one bought). The bought account is the actual problem as it is by far the biggest account and can win against entire alliances on the server if not all of them combined. Which he proved when he destroyed most of my alliance multiple times. Sale took place * months ago (maybe even more) and the account didn't get any sort of punishment. I have informed support multiple times of the issue at hande and have given them abundant evidence of the clear violation of their own game's ToS which is account selling (player advertising sale on social media, stating in game that he sold the account and is leaving and hour later his name, picture and language changes, as well as youtuber making videos on that account since that point of time and saying how it feels to start playing Guns of Glory on the new account - the game's name). The support ignored all requests and undeniable proofs and the account has not been banned for three months now. Also they ignored my request for a refund and I have given them deadline to refund me unless they handle the issue because it has ruined the gaming experience. Deadline passed due long ago. I have invested over ****$ in the game, the player who bought the account paid ****$ for it and it is said that original player bought *****$ worth of packages (no idea if it's true but he did spend a lot more then what I did). So there is I feel scammed as his value for money is way higher then mine and we are playing the same game. Now I would need over *****$ to catch up to him and time as he would just destroy me if I get close to his power level, so only options is to do nothing and pray he doesnt come for me. Its not how the game is supposed to be, as when I paid ****$ for the game the circumstances were different and if not for the clear violation of ToS not being ignored, they would remain the same.***. Glitch. Biggest ally from my alliance is unable to teleport (move), she is just stuck in the middle of nowhere for around a month now and can't do anything, there are multiple alliances that got stuck and can't move due to game glitch that is taking weeks * months to resolve. She can't reinforce anyone nor can she attack anyone. She can just sit there, watch us get killed by bigger players then us and was hit herself without us being able to help her. End result is that I lost tons of resources as I was among rare ones who could help out and money bought items to be able to survive, while most of my alliance got burned once more.***. Reconnecting issue, sometimes I just get disconnected from the game or it crashes. It caused me to lose an entire march once (I need over an month to make one). **. Latest update instead of English had Chinese* Japanese* Korean one of those or similar letters instead of English. It's not a major issue but there are bugs after bugs coming to light, some severely impacted the game and not resolved for ages, some tiny and with little impact.**I am sorry if my request is causing you any troubles.
