If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I am a single mother up to that live on Social Security, a very limited income. And somehow my grandson has been in playing on my devices and he is charged well over two hundred and eighty something dollars yes. When I spoke with the gentleman at the beginning of the month he said it could all be really refunded because it was caught in time. I called and spoke with a T-Mobile associate this morning and she states that $*** was credited back to my T-Mobile account. Will my refund should have been much more than that and it should not have gone on my T-Mobile account. I set my own account up to pay my bill and that's not where the money came from came out of my life savings from month to month and short of making him sit in a corner for the rest of his life he'll never play with my electrical stuff again! Please please please help me
