If you are looking for a refund you should call into the company as the best option is to talk with a representative about the charges. If it is fraud you should call in to cancel your card and request a refund.

I mistakenly made a purchase earlier today through the play store and have been contacting the developers since and they are not helpful whatsoever. The purchase was completely a mistake I’ve told them that I don’t want what was purchased it was not supposed to be made. I would just like my most recent purchase to be credited back to my account so that I may use it for what it was intended for. It’s not fair that they don’t prompt you an “are you sure” message or anything to confirm what you are doing, the game is called final fantasy VX a new empire, so if the phone lags and it presses that button it makes the purchase automatically if you have google play credit. The purchases was earlier today and the email associated with the account is *****@***.com, the form of payment was google play credit and I would just like it back on my account please
