CALLED NEST ON OCTOBER **, **** AND SPOKE TO RICHELL ABOUT MY NEST SUBSCRIPTION. WOUND UP MIGRATING TO GOOGLE NEST AND AFTER MIGRATION, HAD TO PAY AGAIN THE ANNUAL FEE OF $**.** WHEN WE HAD ALREADY PAID THE ANNUAL FEE UNDER THE OLD PROGRAM OF $***.** UNDER FIRST GENERATION NEST. RICHELL ADVISED THAT I WOULD BE RECEIVING A CHECK WITHIN *-** BUSINESS DAYS WHICH OBVIOUSLY HAS PASSED IN THE AMOUNT OF $***.** WHICH WAS NOT EVEN THE FULL AMOUNT I PAID PREVIOUSLY AND FEEL IS NOT JUSTIFIED. I HAVE TRIED TO CALL TWICE, STAYED ON THE PHONE AT LEAST ** MINUTES ONLY TO HAVE A VOICE RECORDING COME ON AND TELL ME THEY CANNOT TAKE MY CALL AT THIS TIME.*I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE AT THIS TIME AND FIND THIS TO BE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL TO TELL US ONE THING AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH WITH YOUR STATEMENTS.*I WANT TO KNOW WHERE MY REFUND IS AND WHY IT IS NOT THE FULL AMOUNT I PAID PRIOR WHEN I HAD TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $**.** UNDER THE NEW PROGRAM* NOT TO MENTION I HAD TO OBTAIN A NEW GMAIL ADDRESS WHICH I DIDN'T WANT TO DO, BUT TO CONTINUE WITH YOUR PROGRAM* WOUND UP HAVING TO INSTALL IT. I'VE COMPROMISED MY COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE FOR YOUR SERVICES AND AM NOT GETTING I AM PAYNG FOR. AGAIN....WHERE IS MY REFUND CHECK AND AFTER WHAT YOU HAVE PUT ME THROUGH, FEEL IT ONLY JUSTIFIED THAT YOU REFUND MY $***.** IN FULL SINCE I HAVE ALREADY PAID AND ADDITIONAL $** FOR MY ANNUAL SERVICE. *WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR IMMEDIATE RESPONSE.*THANKING YOU IN ADVANCE.
