Simply trying to set up access for withdrawing funds donated for a serious emergency situation. All attempts failing and NO RESPONSE FOR HELP! ... DONT KNOW WHY THIS IS SAYING FIXED ON GET HUMAN. It is NOT FIXED! I have sponsored a gofundme campaign for a friend, who lost everything (home, belongings, horse) in a terrible flood. Many generous people have made donations and she needs access to money asap. I clicked on button on their site to set up withdrawal access for her. My only option is to click a button that says "You have been sent an email called "Verify your GoFundMe email" that I need to repond to confirm*verify it is me to gain access. I sent ** over the whole day. None came through. I checked spam. None in there. I spent an hour online with my web provider. They added the GoFundMe website and title of email so I could receive in case it is directed to spam. Eight hours later, still nothing has come through. I filled out problem on GoFundMe customer service help page. I was told in **-** minutes I would get an emailed response from real person. Instead I got an auto email of instructions to resolve problem. This is THE SAME auto email that I had ALREADY been sent earlier. I had TRIED all their recommendations in that auto email and they DID NOT WORK. I filled out a second message on their site for direct help. Have not heard back. That was over an hour ago. I have tried everything and am locked out of being able to set up withdrawal process for her. Really outrageous. In going on blogs to try to get help, I have discovered this kind of problem is not uncommon. Feel scammed having set this up to help someone in great need. Generous folks have donated in an emergency and I have no access to set up recipient able to withdraw funds. No one to contact. No one contacting me. Inexcusable.
There is a woman who has lost everything: home, belongings, horse. She is already in major trauma. Generous folks have donated and the process to gain access to funds is failing. This is a whole new trauma at time this woman needs serious help. Outrageous.
Contact with a live person committed to resolving this problem immediately.
I am a new customer. Have spent an entire day trying to resolve problem, follow GoFundMe's auto instructions for resolving the problem. I was told I would get direct email from a live person. Only got same auto instructions I'd already received that DID NOT WORK. Sent request for email help second time. Still no help. Meanwhile money that does NOT BELONG to GOFUNDME is being held hostage and inaccessible for designated recipient in need. Feels like a scam.
As I stated above. I have tried everything available.*Need advice on how to resolve.

I sent MULTIPLE help messages and finally got a great guy who stayed in contact with me through two days of technical problems. If another problem comes up with this campaign I would send him an email through ones I received from him as he has really stuck with me. Having said that there is something fundamentally wrong with the site that is billed to help those in need (often in a time emergency) that has taken over two days to have a problem without a more expedient way to connect. I got a large number of time wasting auto responses before getting to a real person via email. Also, I should not have had so many technical problems trying to set up a basic function. Some real problems with this site. Very stressful. However,the problem was not with the kind person who did resolve the issues once we made contact.
