I have a Go Fund Me Acct that for my son. I have set up a beneficiary on it and my son and the beneficiary have been trying to withdraw the money out of the acct for weeks now with zero luck. Everytime my son requests help trying to withdraw the funds, its a complete circus. He is told enter certain information, he enters it. Then he is told to enter more information. still, not able to obtain the funds. So for me to switch my name off the acct to his name, I was told enter my email address then, enter my son's, and it would switch to my son's email and it would transfer it to his email. Well, of course that didn't work. So, I screen shot everything and sent it to the person who is "suppose" to be helping us. She then said I need to enter my phone number first, then my son's email. So why didn't she tell me this when she told me to switch my email to my son's? She also wants a copy of mine and my son's fiance' driver's licence sent to her and our phone numbers. NO WAY!! I am not sure this person is legit because everything she has told me to do to change my acct to my son's, hasn't worked. I really need my acct switched to his so he can get the funds in there and take over the acct. My OLD email was *****@***.com. My NEW email is C*****@***.com
