I transferred money to my wife a few times yesterday. The last time I did it, it said “You have reached the maximum limit for transfers for today.” So today when I get on I try to transfer to her again (a full ** hours has passed) and it is giving me the same error message. I don’t know what to do I need this transfer to go through. I tried calling customer service but as soon as it says “transferring you to a customer service rep” it makes me wait about a minute and then it tells me to download the app or go to gobank.com to complete what I want to do and then hangs up. Like I talked to a customer service rep yesterday and now today I can’t.
GetHuman-sekeljas did not yet indicate what Gobank should do to make this right.
