this company if the worst company to speak with live rep. i open a account with gobank via uber. its been more then * week and i havent receive any respond are email. i call uber and gave me a number to call. i call number and said to enter my debit card number are ssn. i enter all inf and it said input invalid. i enter * nothing. i enter * nothing. i spend more then ** min trying to speak with someone just to tell them i havent receive any respond about new account. one thing i hate is a bank that is hard to speak with a live rep. that mean the company dont care about new customer are they dont want to speak with customer. at this moment i give gobank * start and im just getting this card because i drive for uber if i dont i will never open a account with this company and i do not recommend this bank if you not bale to speak with someone.
