My account got blocked due to a supposed suspicious ACH, coincidentally on the day I expected my tax return deposit. After struggling to get help through Twitter for 2 1/2 days with long wait times of 3-4 hours, I threatened to involve a consumer fraud attorney. Surprisingly, my account was unblocked within minutes. Despite this, I still can't reach anyone, and my tax refund never arrived in my account. GoBank acknowledged receiving the money but rejected it due to the block, advising me to contact the IRS. Now, I'm stuck without my funds, unable to speak with anyone from GoBank or the IRS. It's frustrating, especially after they disrupted my daughter's birthday plans. Their tax incentives seem unreachable as they block accounts over $2,[redacted]. This whole situation feels like fraud, and I'm extremely upset about it.

I am having trouble contacting a representative after being told to do so following my previous inquiry with no resolution. There is an unauthorized charge of $89.95 from Slim-and-Fit on my account. I purchased a Debt Visa with hopes of being approved for a checking account, but to my disappointment, I was denied. I used the Visa for a partial payment on a drone at Best Buy. After returning the drone and receiving a refund, the $[redacted] was credited back to the Visa, which I then lost before using. I am very frustrated and disappointed with your service. My card must be active by tomorrow morning. I have already reported this issue to the Better Business Bureau as this is not the first time I have faced such problems with your company. I am also owed $10 from my last card. I recently got a call from a Gobank representative informing me that I qualify for a loan. They instructed me to visit Walmart, obtain a Gobank card, make a deposit to showcase my ability to make monthly payments, and in return, the loan amount would be loaded onto the card. They provided me with a loan approval number, their contact details, and an extension to use when I'm ready to proceed. I recently purchased a GoBank card and deposited $45 on it. When I tried to activate the temporary card online with my personal information, the website kept saying the details didn't match their records. Upon calling the provided contact number, I spoke to a representative named Meico #[redacted] who refused to give her last name. She explained that refunds are not given, and account information cannot be changed, even if I provided additional documentation. I suspect their system deliberately creates errors to avoid refunds. My name is George R. I lodged a complaint yesterday against Henry Moore, claiming to be the manager of an office reachable at [redacted], for engaging in fraudulent loan activities. Customers are deceived into purchasing a $[redacted] insurance policy to secure a loan, only for Moore to abscond with the funds. When confronted, Moore demanded more money for the loan and behaved unprofessionally. Today, he contacted me offering the loan for $[redacted] less than the initial amount. Following the instructions, I attempted online registration. The page accepted my card number, name, and address but had issues with either my phone number or SS#. Despite trying multiple times, I couldn't register the card. The site saved my details, and before I could retry during business hours, the card went missing and hasn't been found since. I deposited money onto my personal GoBank Visa card, but when I tried to use it, it wasn't authorized for any transactions. I am seeking guidance on how to withdraw my entire balance. Upon researching, the only suggested method is to withdraw from one of the Free ATMs, but I doubt they will allow me to withdraw $[redacted]. After a few attempts, my card gets locked for several hours. Most ATMs only permit withdrawals of $[redacted]-[redacted] at a time. It is frustrating that there are no alternatives provided. This lack of options has pushed me to the decision that once I retrieve all my funds, I will be closing my GoBank account. I've been using a debit card for quite some time with your company, and it has been working well. About a year ago, I signed up with Uber and received an Uber GoBank card. However, the account was closed for unknown reasons. I've been trying to obtain a new card to access all the benefits of Uber. When I contacted GoBank, they advised me to have Uber send a new application, but Uber confirmed that this information was incorrect as they had already sent an application and a card. My account was closed by your company for undisclosed reasons, and Uber still shows it as active since the card was never set up.
