My online account is locked for ** hours because of entering the wrong password to many times, and when calling the *** * it keeps telling me that I am entering an invalid birth date, then it hangs up and I NEED to get my balance sent to another card *.But. NO ONE WILL HELP. My Uber card was lost and in the process of getting a new card but I need little **$ for gas in my car . someone please get back to me
