The issue in GetHuman-kaylinbe's own words
Talk to a real human representative. ... My GoBank account had a balance of $**.** and the next day it disappears and says $*.**. I also transferred about $**.** to my bank account from GoBank. My bank hasn’t received it and it is not showing in my GoBank either. Altogether I’m missing $***.** from my GoBank account.
All problems cannot be resolved with an automated prompt.
They need real representatives.
I’ve tried calling *ber & all GoBank numbers. I’ve even tried to contact them online.
