Help with my Gobank issue

I lost my gobank Uber debit card. I then called gobank in the voice automated system told me to upload my driver's license or other government-issued identification. When I go to the gobank.com* document upload, it prompts me on the very first page to enter my **-digit debit card number. If I have to tell you what the issue is you should be wearing a helmet. I need to speak to a human being so that I may retrieve my money. Roughly $** and some change. I am requesting gobank call me at ***-***-**** so we can figure out how to close this account.
GetHuman-aricb did not yet indicate what Gobank should do to make this right.
