Gobank's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-britnini a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-britnini's own words
I lost my card requested a new card and because I moved they froze my account I have uploaded at least ** copies of my license in the Go Bank document upload and it always comes back as not a good copy how can I fix this problem I am beyond *frustrated
When I gave the customer service representative my new address she asked me to verify my information i gave my SS* birth date my old address and answered the security question and then she told me my new card would be mailed to me within a week so if I answered everything correctly why was my account closed for security reason? Then I have uploaded my DL about ** times it keep coming back as not good enough
I need my card i have had money for * weeks and cant access it because the document upload won't go through and I can never get a live agent
I banked with Go Bank for a year before I lost my card and I moved I never had issues with the card and loaded money and paid all my bills for a year
I have tried more then a dozen times I am beyond frustrated
I have an issue with Gobank too
