Help with my Gobank issue
I'm trying to find out if GoBank has sent my Uber debit card in the mail yet, because Uber can't tell me. I call the **** number but can't get around the menu to get a live person. I need it fast since I'm having to take money out of my checking account for gas, and it's interfering with paying bills. My name is Kelli Clark and I ordered the card through Uber * days ago. They deactivated my fuel card I was using from them because they told me they're merging that with the Gobank debit card instead.
I trust that Gobank will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
