If your email and password are changed on the account then there is no way to recover the account. This company has a very strict policy with recovering accounts and if anything is different then you cannot recover the account. You must have the original email or phone number on the account.

I have an uber debit card, but I can't access my account. I think you cancelled my account from lack of use, but Uber still has an account associated, so I can't reapply. And I can't get through to a person calling, so what are my choices on either reinstating my account or getting a new one? I try to log in using my email address, but I got locked out. So what now?

They closed my old account due to inactivity, so I have to open a new account using a different email address. According to Uber's help line, once I get the new account set up, I can then link it to my uber account. Not sure if that is correct, since the people you speak to have never been much help to me in the past. But you do need a new gobank account before their help people will even speak to you. It's a chaotic setup, and I doubt I will even use the debit card. Found out it's $*.** a month unless you get direct deposit of at least $*** to waive it every month. Boo!!!
