A few days ago I contacted gobank by phone because there was a transaction I didn't make. They froze my account and said they were issuing me a new card. Well I go to login and enter my card number and they said they don't have that in there records which is completely wrong. They issued me the number and the card. It's been awhile I've been waiting for the new card so easy am I supposed to do? How do I contact them?
