We understand that forgetting a password can be frustrating. Here's how you can recover your password: 1. Open the Gmail app on your new phone. 2. Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen. 3. You'll be asked to provide your recovery email or phone number. These are the ones you entered when you created your Gmail account. 4. You will then receive a verification code via the method you selected. 5. Input this code in the given field. 6. You'll be asked to create a new password. Ensure your new password is memorable, but also secure to protect your account.

Unfortunately, there's no way to bypass or speed up the recovery process that Google has put in place for security reasons. The 48-hour waiting period is designed to protect your account and its contents. We understand it can be frustrating to lose access to your email account, but this system is in place to ensure the account isn't compromised. We recommend waiting the full 48 hours before attempting to regain access. Remember, during future logins, to keep your account details updated and always use a strong, unique password to mitigate such inconveniences.

If you can't access your phone number linked with your Gmail, you can recover your account by providing an alternate email address where you can receive a recovery email. If you don't have an alternate email address, Gmail might ask you for other information like when you created your Google Account, your last remembered password, or answers to your security questions. Be sure to provide as accurate information as you can to ease the recovery process. If this doesn't work, Google has an account recovery form that you can complete to try to speed up the recovery process.

To recover a deleted email from Gmail, follow these steps: 1. Open your Gmail account on your desktop and navigate to the left side of the screen. 2. Find and click on the 'Trash' folder. 3. Inside the 'Trash', search for your deleted email. If you can't find it easily, use the search bar at the top of the page to find the deleted email. 4. Once you find the email, click on it to open. 5. At the top of the email, you'll see an 'Move to' icon that looks like a file folder. Click this and select where you want to move it to, like your Inbox. Remember emails are kept in your 'Trash' folder for 30 days. After that, they are permanently deleted.

We understand your situation. You can recover your Gmail account even without the phone number. Begin the process by going to the account recovery page. There, enter your email address and, when asked for your phone number, click on "Try another way" to verify your identity. You might be asked to answer your security questions or enter a secondary email linked with your account for recovery. If you had added additional recovery options like backup codes, you might be asked for those details too. Once your identity is verified per the given information, you can set a new password and regain access to your account.
