I want to Block all spam gmails
To block spam emails in Gmail, first open one of the spam emails. Click on the three dots at the top right of the email to open a drop-down menu. From that menu, select "Block [Sender's Name]". From then on, all the emails from this sender will directly go to your Spam folder. Please note that this won't block all spam emails at once, but only from the chosen sender. Also, it doesn't guarantee that you won't receive spam emails from other senders, but this at least minimizes the volume of incoming spam emails. Alternatively, you can mark the unwanted emails as spam, helping Gmail's filtering system to recognize and handle similar emails in the future.

My Gmail account stopped working last September. It said it was full so I was deleting, but it stopped working. Help!
Gmail accounts can stop working if they're full because you only have 15 GB of free storage between Google Drive, Gmail, and Google Photos. If your Gmail account stopped working, it could be that your storage is full. This can be addressed by deleting heavy emails, especially those with large attachments. When deleting, make sure you also clear your Spam and Trash folders as these occupy storage too. To permanently delete a specific email: 1) Open Gmail, 2) Check the box next to the email you want to permanently delete, 3) Click Delete. Then, to empty the trash: 1) On the left side of the page, click More, 2) Click Trash, 3) At the top, click Empty Trash now. Once the mails are removed, your account should begin working again.

My gmail account sent emails are showing blocked, more and more even addresses I use frequently
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this. There can be several reasons why your sent emails are being blocked. It could be due to the recipient's server blocking emails from your IP address or due to certain words or phrases in your emails triggering spam filters. Be sure to keep your email content appropriate and genuine to lessen the possibility of being flagged as spam. If the issue persists, it may be due to a technical problem on Gmail's end or the recipient's email provider, which you may have limited control over. It's also a good practice to make sure you've entered the correct email addresses to avoid bounced emails.

Need help with 2 step verification and can’t verify
We're here to help! If you can't verify via 2-step verification, try the following:
1. Use verification codes from your back-up sources saved when you set up 2-Step Verification. These can be an extra key, printable backup codes or a backup phone number.
2. If you've lost access to your backup codes and phone, go to the Gmail account recovery page, enter your details, and select 'Try another way'. Answer the recovery questions as accurately as possible.
3. If you're getting verification codes that you’re not requesting, change your password immediately to secure your account.
Remember, for security reasons, it's important to keep your account recovery options updated.

I want to create a new gmail account
when I type my gmail number it informs me that this number is used by another account
Creating a new Gmail account requires a unique phone number for the account registration process. The system might say that the number is already associated with another account if you have previously used it for another Gmail account. If you want to create a new Gmail account, you should use a different phone number. You might also use the number of a family member or trusted friend, with their permission, if you don't have another phone number. Remember, the phone number is used for verification purposes to increase the security of your account.
