I own a **** Chevrolet Impala I purchased from Hendrick Chevrolet in Shawnee Mission, KS.**My current issue is that the radio screen goes in and out at different times and I can no longer program XM stations* it will only allow radio stations to be programmed. The dealership that I live closest to (Crow-Moddie Chevrolet) states I must replace the radio all together totaling over $*** (which does not include the $***.** I have already paid just to get a diagnosis). *Come to find out GM states that several models of their vehicles have this same problem. When I called GM they said they would try to contact the local dealership to get a discount or break to which we found out was not going to happen. *While my radio still works, I am saddened that GM isn't taking care of their customers if this is a common occurrence among several of their vehicles. The printout that the dealership gave me shows several codes that this relates to...PIC****B, PIC****A and PIT****.**I would like to think GM would take care of their loyal customers (we have had several GM vehicles over the years with no problems) but this is a bit obnoxious!**Signed, *Your very saddened*upset customer-Jen
