Washing machine has been nothing but a problem since purchasing * years ago. Service has been out for same “tub bouncing” issue on two or more occasions. It’s sounds exactly when you’re on an airplane making your final decent for landing (yes, that loud and turbulent.) *GE Standard Model, Energy Star Model * GTW***BSJ*** , he turbo, NSF, Energystar. Capacity (tub volume) *.* cubic feet. I’m not sure that’s the accurate model number because I’m looking at the fluorescent yellow Energy Guide. ***kWh per year. Its horrible washing sheets, colors, towels, etc. I haven’t had someone out for a bit because my time is being consumed by doctors appointments. It’s been nothing but a headache and a nightmare!!
