I'm running Windows ** (**) on a Samsung Book*I have a plug and play wireless mouse that I plugged in to a dongle that takes USB-C to normal USB *.*I have tried several things-**) I eliminated the mouse not working by plugging in to a different computer**) I eliminated the dongle not working by plugging in a USB thumb drive**) I eliminated the specific driver as a problem by switching to a different plug & play wireless mouse.**) I have uninstalled all drivers for both HID compliant mouse and USB drivers and shut down the system.**The dongle responds to the USB drive, so the connection isn't the problem. Both mice I'm using work on a different computer, so it isn't hardware.**I've uninstalled, updated, and done everything I know how to do with the drivers in Device Manager and cannot find a way for the system to recognize the mouse when plugged in.**I've plugged in, turned off and turned back on in every possible sequence (e.g. dongle, USB, turn on mouse* USB, dongle, turn on mouse* etc.)**I am in graphic design so touchpads are a nightmare to work with. Thank you so much
