I contacted Garmin support via their website chat. I have one simple issue: I own a Garmin Edge **** GPS and I have it set to not auto-recalculate. During navigation it will lose contact with the course I am navigating (which is fine, it happens), but my problem is that it places a prompt on the screen that says something about recalculating. The issue is, in the winter I may be wearing gloves that do not work with the GPS AND the prompt will not timeout, so I have to remove my gloves and dismiss the prompt or try to use my tongue to do it.**While chatting all the agent did is argue with me about the course I was navigating was required to look into this, when I kept trying to get him to answer why that prompt does not timeout.**This along with many other issues has me looking into new GPS units for my bike.
GetHuman-ajlacomb did not yet indicate what Garmin should do to make this right.
