Redeem the twenty dollar xbox code they sent to my email but it was already redeemed ... I bought a twenty dollar gamestop giftcard and i went on the official gamestop site to spend the twenty dollars. After i purchased a twenty dollar xbox giftcard with my gamestop giftcard it sent the xbox code to my email. Then after that i went on the xbox microsoft redeem page and when i entered the code i purchased from the gamestop site with the gamestop card, there was an error message saying "This code has already been redeemed". Im confused because i never even tried to redeem this code. I feel like the gamestop site just gave me an already redeemed xbox code on purpose and im upset. I either want my twenty dollars back on my gamestop account or a fresh new twenty dollar xbox card code delivered to my email that has not been redeemed already.

I am extremely frustrated because j feel like they did this on purpose and i feel like i just got scammed.

They either give me a refund and send my twenty dollars back to my gamestop account or send a new twenty dollar xbox code to my email.

I am new, i expected nothing more than a fine service, but i feel like i was robbed.

I've tried searching for answers and trying to refund to work this around but there is no use.
