I ordered a nintendo switch on **** and paid for expedited shipping. Estimates showed that it should have come within *-* business days. The item was in stock when purchased. I checked the order status every day. At first it said “preparing for shipment”. After a week the status changed to “awaiting product availability”. That should not happen, as I bought an in stock item. After another few days the status change to “preparing for shipment” again. I don’t believe it. It’s been much too long and I want my order NOW. I would also like to receive a full refund on what I paid for shipping. This is ridiculous and should not be allowed as a business practice.

GetHuman-xchrisch did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
