I've been trying since September ** to get my order for three Pokemon Sword and Shield Double Packs canceled, and up until now NOBODY has responded to the emails I sent through Gamestops Contact page. The order number for it is ****************. Or at least that's what my Paypal account says it is.**The MAIN reason why I want to cancel it is because when I created it something went wrong when I hit the submit button to place the order. As soon as I hit the submit button, I get sent to a page saying that there was a 'problem' with the order and that it DIDN'T go through.**But when I checked my paypal account that I used to help pay for the preorder, the $***.** pending charge IS there despite what the website said. **I want to cancel the order because of these reason. **. From September ** up until now, despite that paypal is registering the order, I NEVER got an invoice for the order in either my email and even my Gamestop accounts Order History ISN'T registering the supposed preorder. **. I WANT the $***.** on my paypal account CANCELLED before November ** comes out.**. The reason I want to cancel it is because I never got the invoice in my email OR had it show up in my Gamestop accounts Order History, I want*need to cancel it so that that I can REDO the order, so that I can hopefully get what didn't come in last time. **. Because of the mistake that happened I DON'T want to risk NOT getting my order on November ** because for all I know its NOT in Gamestops ordering system sunce I NEVER got the email invoice for it despite the pending charge on my paypal account**. Just in case you guys DO have my order in your system despite what I said happened, when I redo the order I do NOT want that first $***.** pending price STILL existing in my paypal account and I wind up paying $***.** TWICE for the same order
GetHuman-river_so did not yet indicate what GameStop should do to make this right.
