I bought a controlled at the Ridge Park Square and currently have a receipt that says I can return the controller as long as it hasn't been ** days or more. It's only been ** days, my boyfriend and I went to the GameStop in Macedonia Ohio and tried to return it. The manager, her name was Jessica and she was real rude about it, said she couldn't return it because it was old and dirty even though the reciept was clear proof it wasn't old. Plus there was the lightest spec of dust on it, it was not dirty. She persisted in claiming it was dirty and couldn't sell it, when we're ***% sure she could. She broke policy, that being anyone can return anything as long as it's been less than ** days and isn't ruined or overly-used. We used ours five separate times. It's in perfect condition. This is just wrong.
