First and foremost, before this I don't remember having an issue with any of the Geico Car insurance staff,,, until TODAY! I bought renters insurance through GEICO. I call because I get a cancelation policy from RENTERS insurance. I called in to have my automatic form of payment changed, which I thought was for both car and renters. The car payment is settled, however I have to talk to another department to settle the renters payment. The call was a nightmare. Between the agent and his supervisor, I was NOT able to get any help. the agent voiced he might have to sell me a different policy. REALLY! This was a nightmare. I took care of the problem myself as neither one of these gentleman had the experience as to how to help me. I am so mortified to think they would choose to sell me another policy when all we needed t do was take care of setting this back in tact.
