file claimed on Dec **th - claim **************** - adjuster trevor dann spoke to me once and hasn't called back. i called his assistant kymball parsons and voiced my complaint about the rental reservation not working out and he said he would check on my reimbursement for using my own vehicle and call me back. He has not called me back (been * days). Called Geico on ****** and spoke to someone named Sharon and she informed me that I could leave a message on a voicemail for the adjuster's supervisor. I explained to Sharon that I wanted to speak to a person about my claim and wasn't interested in leaving a voicemail. I'm frustrated at standing in line at the Enterprise Rental for ** min and then being told they did not have any cars left to rent. Then told by Geico I could go to another Enterprise or another rental place. I then stopped at Avis Rental but they said they did not use Geico reimbursement. So I've been driving someone else's vehicle since my claim on Dec **th. Please have someone to call me that can explain what is going on with my repair estimate and my reimbursement for the days I have been driving someone else's vehicle.
