Hi, I have a payment of $***.** due last month and my payment wasn't successful. Now my autopay is cancelled. I want to make the payment and get my auto payment policy back. But I am currently overseas and unable to make phone calls. Also somehow I cannot access your website so cannot make payment online either. My name is Xiaoye Zhang and my policy number is **********. You should be able to charge the bank card I provided before. Please let me know the progress. Thank you.
