Nathan Martinez driving a **** Nissan Murano rear ended my **** Chrysler Pacifica that was parked in front of my house. The Geico policy number is ****-**-**-**. The damage on my car that I can see is on the lift gate & bumper.**The accident happened on ****-Dec-** at *:**PM. The police were called and arrived by *:**PM. This is Sherwood, OR Police department case ***-****.**Once we establish email communication, I can send you some pictures and a copy of the Driver Exchange form that has all the information.
