The issue in GetHuman-gdiva's own words
could not reach roadside assistance. Do not have a mobile phone. Tried to contact online, but was not successful. I was on hold for over ** minutes on landline phone, only was offered a text link. Meanwhile, car was being used by second driver at a different location. I had to leave home to assess difficulty. I need to know what to do in the future. This was around * pm on Saturday. Received a phone call on other drivers tracfone at *:** pm. I have never had this sort of difficulty before.
GetHuman-gdiva did not yet indicate what GEICO should do to make this right.
