Because of a customer return letter you sent me which gave false deadline of ******* I attempted to repeatedly print out a return label that you didn't allow me to do on the **th. I spent several hours on the phone with FEDEX since they sent it out by your order and they would not resolve the issue. I also brought my return package to FEDEX * times. After going through this issue I was able to send the item back to you after getting another return letter from GE. FEDEX told me that you program the letter's to stop allowing people to print a return label, except that you print a false deadline in the return letters and will not correct the issue. Because of the amount of hours of my time that you waisted, I would like to made a liability claim against you. Or, if you choose, you can go to small claims court. I can also obtain affidavits from FEDEX concerning what happened. I suggest that you contact me. My name is Mark Freedman, My cell number is ***-***-****
