My names Jason Roberts and I work for a large Management*Development Company named Dolben. I’m currently overseeing ** properties and more than half have GE appliances.*I’ve always enjoyed a good relationship with GE and preferred their products but lately I’ve been running into some issues. I’ve been experiencing poor customer service and lately no response or call backs.*I understand it’s a tough time now with COVID but customer service should still come first. I would like some help with an issue I’m having at a property, Emerson Place, ** Spencer Street Lebanon, NH *****.*Please read the email below that came from the property manager. From what I’ve been told this has been going on for some time and its effecting our residents and staff. Id like a solution to this problem ASAP. I don’t want to make a change so please feel free to email or call me anytime.*Thank you.***We are having issues with getting orders delivered in a timely manner. GE uses a company called Spirit Delivery out of Colchester VT to deliver to our location. We have been waiting for weeks to receive four washing machines for turns and work orders. It is bad enough when the items are back ordered but we just found out the delivery company has been sitting on these appliance for ** days. We don’t have washing machine in the model because we needed it for a move in. Charlie has several orders in and some of them are Stainless Steel Appliance packages for our newly renovated apartments. **I am concerned that we are going to get caught with new residents moving into apartments with missing appliances. We need see if we can get GE to change their delivery carrier, their current deliverer has a “* star” rating on Yelp. This has been a consistent concern from Charlie since I’ve been here and with COVID-** it seems to have gotten worse. We have * upcoming apartment with full renovations over the next few weeks.
