I ordered a GE washing Machine on **** via Costco. The first washer was delivered on ****, was defective and refused. The appliance had a large dent in the front panel. A second washer was ordered with the assistance of Costco. The GE delivery people did not provide any assistance problem solving the situation when they took the defective washer back. *The replacement (second) washer was scheduled for **** delivery. I received no written confirmation from anyone about the reorder and the delivery date. I expected this because this is what I received when I originally ordered the washer. *On **** GE delivered another dented washing mashing (many dents in the front panel) which I refused. No one bothered to make sure the second washer that was delivered was no defective**The Delivery people immediately called GE and arranged for another washer to be delivered on ******. The delivery company indicated they would request and provide "white glove service" to ensure the washer delivered was not defective. *I called GE delivery department myself to request an expedited shipment of this THIRD washer and was told that was not possible to expedite before *** because of “white glove service ". I have never had such a bad experience buying an appliance and will not feel comfortable recommending GE appliances. *I am praying that the third washer is a winner. *I belive GE needs to ensure non defective applinaces can be delivered and put someting in place to automatically provide white glove service for all replacement appliances * *GE should act like they care when this type of delivery problem occurrs and compensate the consumer. **Barb Wetula**** *** ****
