The issue in GetHuman-bhaktapr's own words
I am trying to have GE Consumer Relations have my Microwave serviced free of cost. Also parts are under one year warranty. ... Good Afternoon,**My complaint is my GE Mongram Microwave which I purchased in *-**-**. On **-**-** this microwave was creating an odor that the service technician replaced the Magnetron. Last week the Microwave has been making so much noise that I stopped using it. On **-**-** and **-*-**, I had GE technicians at my home to work on my refrigerator. I asked them to quickly advise me on the Microwave. They both said the Magnetron was overheated. I called GE Service to make a formal service call which I later canceled because the technician, Marcos said it would be better that I went to Consumer Relations and complained to have this service done through you to make sure either GE services are free of cost or at least replace it at free of cost. Please feel free to send out technician to confirm the problem is diagnostically correct. My contact cell number is ***-***-****, Priti Bhakta.
