I have an entire case where a man broke my washer machine, skipped the scheduled appointment where he was supposdd to come back and fix it. GE send another man to come fix it for free. The guy then talked **** about me on speakerphone in my own home to the original man. Then he charged me and would not leave my house until I paid. I was told to call customer service about a refund. I asked what I was charged for and was not given a real answer after I was told It was free. I was willing to settle after being on hold for a ridiculous amount of time (almost * hours) for a partial refund. This refund has not yet come after months, and this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. This is ***% illegal, and horrible customer service. There was a whole case number and no follow up.
