This is in reference to "Confirmation number **********...*Our GE microwave "burnt out" just short of one year from the purchase date. *Response from GE was highly satisfactory and a new microwave was delivered to us four (*) days later.*However, we were told the model we had purchased was no longer available and that a new one was on the way. The problem is....the new model uses a different shaped trim kit which does not match the GE oven we purchased along with the "old" microwave. Additionally, the numerics on the clock a bright white as opposed to the oven's green display.*The result our time and expense our kitchen has a mismatched, cobbled together appearance...far from the "custom" look we were seeking when we started this project over a year ago.*I have removed the "new" microwave and do not plan to use it.*I would appreciate any input you might have on how to put this issue behind us.
GetHuman-gasshaus did not yet indicate what GE Appliances should do to make this right.
